Abstract

The cryptocurrency ecosystem has expanded rapidly, introducing networks with distinct consensus mechanisms, tokenomics, and Web3 capabilities. Despite these advances, many legacy and contemporary blockchains face significant limitations, including high transaction costs, low liquidity pooling, slow processing, centralization, limited Web3 support, and uneven adoption. This study presents a comprehensive analysis of Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Polkadot (DOT), Tron (TRX), Binance Smart Chain (BEP20), M20, OMAX, and CoreDAO (CORE). We evaluate technical performance, consensus models, tokenomics, decentralization, transaction efficiency, energy consumption, Web3 compatibility, adoption metrics, and systemic risks related to low liquidity. The findings highlight CoreDAO’s advantages as a scalable, energy-efficient, fully Web3-compatible blockchain with high liquidity, active wallets, and robust governance, demonstrating its suitability for mainstream adoption, microtransactions, and resilient market stability.
